IS YOGA FOR ME?

Certainly is! Yoga is for every body at every stage and age. You're never to old, unfit, overweight nor too inflexible to start, you just need to start. All classes can be modified for beginners and those carrying injuries.  Correct alignment cues will always be given to avoid any strain or injury, yoga is a lifelong journey and I want you to have longevity with your practice.

I CAN'T MEDITATE?

No problems! During a typical yoga class there will only be a short period of time dedicated to laying still and connecting to our breath. Trust me, Savasana will become your favourite part of the class and will leave you feeling calm and relaxed.
