ABOUT ME
My path to wellness
Being a mother of 4 boys I discovered both bowen and yoga at a time where I was running low both emotionally and physically. I suffered with long term back pain, neck and shoulder issues, my nerves where shot and sleep had long since disappeared. I started having bowen treatments and began yoga, desperate to reduce my physical pain after trying many other therapies without success. Within a few months my issues significantly subsided and I felt 'lighter', physically, emotionally and mentally, my sleep improved dramatically and I stopped feeling like I was constantly on edge. Bowen and yoga have brought such positive changes to my life and were instrumental in changing my career path. I'm very thankful to have found both Bowen and yoga and would love nothing more than to help others empower themselves to take control of their health and wellbeing.
